CLUB MED FACES THE CRISIS OF COVID-19

We are experiencing an unprecedented situation, with the spread of the virus that has become a global pandemic. With the extension of the restrictive measures, the borders of the countries where our resorts are located have been gradually closed.

OUR PRIORITY: HEALTH AND SAFETY OF CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES

Club Med constantly monitors the situation with its scientific committee, follows the recommendations of the O.M.S. and the health and government authorities of the various countries. Today more than ever, the priority for us remains health and safety: in the last weeks, the mobilization of the teams in this direction has been total.

ALL OUR TEAMS ARE MOBILIZED

After the exceptional measures taken by the government and other national authorities to reduce our travels, we have taken several decisions. Currently, all our resorts are closed: as soon as the situation allows it, we will start with a progressive reopening.

THE RETURN OF MORE THAN 3,000 EMPLOYEES

We have organized the return of customers and employees affected by the closings of the resorts, despite the significant difficulties (cancellation of flights and closure of airports). In this period of uncertainty, we understand and share the concerns and requests of the teams: we are at their side, and we keep in touch to reassure them and plan the future.
